Our team consists of four Respirologists & several respiratory technicians to ensure we are always available to provide you with the best respiratory care.

OUR STORY & MISSION

Established in 2003, Carling Respiratory Services has been serving the Ottawa area & neighbouring communities for more than 20 years. Our clinic was the first to implement pulmonary function testing outside of a hospital setting allowing for expedited testing of patients. Since then, we have expanded our services and grown our team of respirologists to better serve our patients & keep up with our community's growing needs.

Our mission is to provide evidence-based medical care for our patient's respiratory diseases. Our clinic provides a wide array of services and expertise to best care for patients' complete lung health.

New referral requests are assessed regularly to ensure rapid assessments for patients that need urgent consultations.

Urgent referrals are assessed within 7 days based on indication.

Patient Instructions

Arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment and check in with the receptionist upon arrival.
Follow the instructions provided to you either by email, over the phone or via mail for inhaler usage prior to your appointment.
Please bring your own mask & wear it should you see fit.
Please use hand sanitizer on arrival & upon departure; several sanitizer stations are available within our clinic.
As appointments are highly coveted, please avoid rescheduling your appointment on short notice. Please see our cancellation/no show/late arrival policy for additional information.

Safety Measures in our Clinic

Equipment is cleaned using medical grade disinfectant products that are virucidal (eliminates viruses) & bactericidal (eliminates bacteria).
Multiple state-of-the-art Air Purifying Systems are found throughout our clinic. These systems:
- Use Super HEPA filters to capture airborne pathogens & particles, and
- Implement UV light technology to sterilize pathogens.
