Cancellation, No Show & Late Arrival Policy
Cancellation: Minimum of 48 hours required for any changes or appointment cancellations or charge applies.
No Show: Failure to present yourself to your scheduled appointment without a valid reason is subject to be charged.
Late Arrival: Any arrival >15 minutes after scheduled appointment time may result in cancellation of said appointment. Cancellation fee will also apply.
